In this article today, i am going to write various strategies on how to build muscle and get a stunning body shape. Some of the peoples believe that building muscles is very easy. But the real factor is that building muscle in correct way that will give you fitness for a long time. But when you build up your muscle with the ways such as in artificial way, that will be harmful to your muscles and body. Here i am going to share the tips on safest way to build muscle.

Proper workout, here i mean the in correct method and subsequent duration will help muscle growth. This is an important aspect of building muscle. But not it only the way, there are other important strategies also present to do along with this. and i will share one by one.

By the instruction of a body builder mater, you need to workout properly in order to get muscle growth all the parts. In your biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest etc. Equal consideration will give a fit body that will beautify your entire body.

Dumbbel, we are going to use here to build our muscle there. I think this is exact all of you know. But the real deal come is that, how to properly use dumbbel according to your body weight and how it’s size increases to get exposure on it.
If you have started to workout to build muscle, the masters highly recommended to start with a dumbbel of weight 5kg.if you have body weight of from 50kg.
The recommended weight of dumbbels for triceps and biceps muscle building is that 5 to 8 kg on each hand.

How to do dumbbels to build biceps and triceps muscles.?

-catch the centre pit of the dumbbel correctly with tighten.
-stand straight without bending your body.
-lift up and down with a regular interval of 2-3 seconds.
Here muscle contraction and relaxation occurs. when you lift up the dumbbel, muscles get contracted, and when lift down it gets relaxed. Continuous workout of this will give some pressure on your soft muscles.
repeat the dumbbel workout in single hand, for 15-20 times for the first time. and if one finished start next hand. keep this measure for the first three days.
For the first time, you may feel some pain in your muscles at the next morning, but it will be pain of muscle growth. But the real sense is that this pain will be last for one week, and then go away.
after one week, try to increase the number of taking dumbbels significantly. then after increasing the number try to take dumbbel for both hands simultaneously.

Run at least 2-3 km in early morning that will freshen your growing muscle with correct contraction and relaxation. After you done all the workouts above described in a tight manner. That is you have done all that with a tight scape. Then need to get your growing muscles get relaxed for free.
