Create Database For WordPress in cpanel
Do you know how to create a database for wordpress website? In the last section of the previous article, i have described about need of database for a website. Today let us look on how we are creating a database in cpanel for a website. We are looking to create a mysql database in cpanel.
create database Step 1: enter into cpanel admin section of your website
Enter in admin section of your website using your favorite browser as your wish such as google chrome, mozilla firefox etc.

by entering the url like above on address bar of the browser you will redirect to a window to enter username and password. If you are entered the correct information your authentication will success and then redirect to the admin section.
If you are trying to create a database in your local server such as wampserver or xampp just type localhost in the address bar of your web browser and then click on phpMyadmin
In the admin panel Under database section you can find phpMqSql Database wizard
By clicking on this we will get a wizard to create a database where you can add name for your database
create database: Adding Users for database
By creating database you will get the page to add users for accessing that database. You can create a username and password for your database.
Adding Privileges for users?
Yes, this is an important part of a database creation. We have to add privileges for the user we are created. this allows that users to flexibly handle the database and will get privileges to to read , write, create , alter etc.
we have to check the button all privileges to add all privileges to that user for that DB. please look the figure.
